Description:	Free pass available to all permanent US residents who have been medically determined to have a permanent disability. Entitles bearer and immediate family to accompanying passengers to free admission to all US national parks, monuments, forests, and historic sites as well as half-price camping. Time period: lifetime. Apply at entrance to the park.
