Brooks - Adaptive Rowing

Address:	2800 University Boulevard North Jacksonville, Florida 32277 Duval County
Description:	Held at Negaard Rowing Center on Jacksonville University campus on Wednesdays 5:30-7:30 pm for Indoor erg training. Also available is rowing on the water on Wednesdays 8:00-10:00 am - registration required. The athletes first learn the rowing technique on the indoor rowing machine (known as the ergometer or "erg") before advancing to the water in a double shell (a two person boat) with an experienced rower/coach. Reserve your spot by noon on Wednesday by contacting Alice Krauss.
