Brooks YMCA MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Fitness Class

Address:	3599 University Blvd. South Jacksonville, Florida 32216 Duval County
Description:	This one-hour class is designed for those with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), to provide cardiovascular fitness, strength-training, balance activities, and flexibility exercises. There is no program or membership fee to persons with MS in the community. Classes are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the Brooks Family YMCA.
