Description: Southeast Alaska Independant Living(SAIL). ORCA (Outdoor Recreation and Community Access) is the recreation program of SAIL. ORCA's purpose is to promote inclusive recreation and adaptive outdoor pursuits for Southeast Alaskan's who experience disabilities. You must sign up for scheduled activities at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis. They provide door-to-door transportation to and from scheduled activities. Let them know at the time you sign up for an activity if you will need transportation. All activities are offered at an affordable price to the participant and need-based scholarships are available.
