This is a mobility floor transfer aid. PL1000's can be used by both able-bodied persons and people that use wheelchairs. The simple and ergonomic design provides a safe, stable and dignified transfer while living at home, traveling or in a health care environment. The folding frame Para Ladder provides the dignity of an unassisted floor-to-standing or floor-to-wheelchair transfer. Its light weight aluminum construction allows quick retrieval and ease of portability. The PL1000 folds to less than 3 inches wide, making it easy to transport and store. The aluminum mill finish is weather resistant.
